Our Policies
It is not common that shipments are lost or damage due to the priority we give to our shipments. However, in the event that a shipment is lost, we will work with you to locate any lost shipments and provide refunds and or credits where needed. We like to ship with a tracking number so that we can find orders quickly that we have shipped and ensure that they are not sitting anywhere and that these orders reach you quickly. In the event of a lost shipment we would ask that you work closely with your carrier and us to locate any missing items. In the event that a item is lost we will be sure to make sure that a claim ticket is filed with the carrier and if they deem that the item is lost we will be sure to ship you another item. Please work with us directly regarding any other issues to your orders as we stand behind every order that we ship and we maintain that we want you to be completely satisfied.
