Then blend like a pro with the Dual-Ended Blending Brush. Go bold and defined or full and feathery with the Clear Defining Gel and top it off with the Matte Highlighter Pencil. STEP 1: Apply the Eyebrow Cream in small, hair-like strokes beginning in the middle of the brow all the way to the tail. For a fuller top-of-brow shape, sketch from the top of the arch to the tail. Leave it light or build it up for a bolder look.

STEP 2: Apply the Eyebrow Defining Clear Gel Clear by brushing the hairs in an upward motion to achieve your desired fullness. Once done, brush the tops of the hairs over. For a fuller, natural look leave the front of the eyebrow brushed up.

STEP3: Apply the Highlighter Pencil along the arch under your eyebrow and just above the arch to tail area. Blend it below the eyebrow downwards towards the eyelid and above the arch down toward the tail with the Dual Blending Brush.
